Door Front -- The door frame is 3/4 inch square tubing with 1/2 inch square tubing to frame the window openings. It is skinned with 20 gauge cold rolled steel like the body. They will be insulated with foam board and then covered on the inside with aluminum.
Rear Window Detail -- Also made out of 3/4 and 1/2 square tubing and covered on the inside and outside with aluminum with insulation in between. At the top of the window you can see 3 hinges. The window hinges up when the top is down and when it is up it fits into a channel shown underneath it in the picture. The channel drains off any water to the two sides of the trailer.

Rear Fender Detail -- I took a tandem axle trailer fender with the valance between the 2 wheels and cut it at the valance to make the two fenders. I had to use tips off of a second trailer fender to extend the fronts of these fenders (you can see the weld where they were added on). For a complete description of how these were built go to Page Eleven.
