Here we
see the sides in almost completed form. I used 1 X 1 X .065 square tubing for the uprights and 1/8 X 1 inch strap
for the teardrop outline. I put the particle board outline on the side of the trailer frame rails and used it as
a pattern for the sides.
At this point the 1/8 X 1 strap is continuous and has not been cut yet where the top will raise. This helps to keep everything in position. It will not be cut until all of the top cross members are welded in and all of the frame work is completed..

Side with Particle Board -- You can see the outlines for the uprights
on the particle board when it was used to lay out the left side of the trailer. The upright positions are on both
sides of the particle board. You can also see the markings for the fender position.
