Next we started building the rest of the north wall. To add rigidity to the exterior walls we constructed some of the interior walls. The interior wall above is the west wall for the garage area with the sunken floor.

This is the other interior wall that will separate the sunken floor garage from the workshop area. You can see the framing for a walk through door on the left and a larger door opening so I can take large items or vehicles between the garage and workshop without having to go outside. There will be a door added to the small and large opening.

Here we are adding yet another section to the north wall.

We finished with the north exterior wall and started on the west wall. The two windows on the north wall are for the bathroom and bedroom. The window on the west wall is also a bedroom window and is large enough to meet code as a fire exit. At this point Bob had to return to St. Louis. As you can see he helped a lot. He also helped me with the concrete pour for the sunroom (see pictures on next page) before he left.
