Note: These are the parts I've use so far. That doesn't imply that they will work or that they are the best choice of parts. So please if you are designing your own car do your homework and use what "you" feel is best. c ya, Sum
Engine -- 2002 Suzuki GSX-R 750cc bought off of e-bay.
Rearend -- Bought from a friend. At first I thought the rear was from a Datsun 240Z, but now feel it is a late 70' 280Z. He later gave me a second one, so I could steal the spider gears out of it to weld up for a locked rearend. I can use the other set to run the rear unlocked which will help while moving the car around during the build stage.
Ball Bearings for rear carrier -- MRC 209SZZ bearings from A&W Bearings ($27.17 each)
530 Solid 36 tooth rear sprocket -- Sprocket Specialists at $52.00. I'm using a 530 chain size which is larger than the 520 and 525 that was stock on the Suzuki 750. I found out that Hayabusa sprockets would fit the countershaft on the 750 and they are 530's. Part #530-36.

Rear Wheels -- Marsh Racing Wheels Econo Star steel wheel. 15 X 5 with a 4 hole bolt pattern to match Datsun rear hubs at $58.95 each. I had the wheels countersunk for 45 degree 1" lug nuts and 1/2 inch studs. Lug nuts were $10.35 for a package of 10 (I got 2 pkg.).
Rear Tires -- Good Year Land Speed Tires (go to page #6 on the link) -- 26 X 4.5 X 15 at $368.00 each and are rated to 300 mph -- Stock #2030. I bought these from Carter-Maxwell; 5925 N.W. 37th; Oklahoma City, OK; 73122; (405) 789-8253.
Front Wheels -- Marsh Racing Wheels "A" Econo Star steel wheel. 15 X 5 with a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern at $66.19 each. I had the wheels countersunk for 45 degree 1" lug nuts and 1/2 inch studs. I also ordered the wheels with as much backspacing as they could put in them. They have chrome centers.
Front Tires -- Good Year Land Speed Tires (go to page #6 on the link) -- 25 X 4.5 X 15 at $153.00 each -- Stock #2981. I bought these from Carter-Maxwell; 5925 N.W. 37th; Oklahoma City, OK; 73122; (405) 789-8253.

Rack & Pinion -- Woodhaven Enterprises -- 815/732-2806 -- 20:1 Stiletto Box (for B'ville cars ) with 5/8 X 36 splines.
Bearing for Idler Sprocket -- Motion Industries Inc. -- 801/972-1036 -- SLC, UT -- SKF bearing #6303 2ZJEM ball bearing. 6303 is the size (Metric =17 x 47 x 14) .67 ID X 1.85 OD X .55 width. 2Z = metal shields on both sides (allows higher RPM than rubber seals). JEM = packed with high temperature grease. This bearing is good to 16,000 rpm and radial loads of 3040 lbs. At 250 mph the bearing would have a speed of 8300 rpm with a 21 tooth sprocket mounted on it. I hope this works. A MRC (800-MRC-7000) technician helped me with the selection of this bearing. They have good tech support. Cost $24.00.
Idler Sprocket -- Advance Precision in Oregon -- 1-888-347-7262 or 541-347-7762 --87906 Bill Creek Lane-- Gandon, OR 97411-- Randy is sending me a 21 tooth 530 sprocket that is not case hardened. I'll do some machine work on it for the center bearing and send it back to be case hardened. If you have unusual sprocket needs contact Randy. A nice guy to deal with.
Air/Fuel Meter and Data Logging -- I bought an Innovate Motorsports LM-1 air/fuel sensor and controller along with 5 channels of data logging capabilities from MotorSports Innovations. I will use this when I put the turbo on the motor for sure and probably before. Right now I use it to tune my truck and we use it on Hooley's Stude. Last year (2005) we also data logged the TPS (throttle position sensor) and this year Hooley bought the LMA-3 "AUXBOX" that will also let us data log the RPM, boost, EGT and either fuel pressure or acceleration on our runs along with the air/fuel and TPS. This is a great combination. If you go this way be sure to give Greg at MotorSports Innovations a call at 609/265-2110 and order from him. Mention you are a bonneville racer and he will probably help you out a little. He is also involved with John Burk's streamliner. Check out the other products he has also.
Bosch 044 Fuel Pump -- From Jay Racing. I also got the Earl's pre-fuel pump filter and the Golan post fuel pump filter from them. They had good pricing and I received the parts in just a couple days. I'll do business with them again. The pump and two filters that are next came to $335.00 including shipping. This stuff isn't cheap.
Golan -8 AN Fuel Filter -- This filter also came from Jay Racing and will be used between the pump and the regulator. It flows 900 GPH and filters down to 10 microns. See price above.
Earl's 230208 Fuel Filer -- This filter also came from Jay Racing and will be used between the tank and the fuel pump and filters down to 85 microns. See price above.

They also use the G-Flow ventilation system to evacuate the heated air, providing an increased cooling effect.
G-FORCE Nomex helmet skirts -- G-FORCE Racing 4240BK from Safe Racer.
G-FORCE Nomex helmet skirts -- G-FORCE Racing 4101XLGBK from Safe Racer. They sent me a pair of large and extra large so I could try them on and I was able to then return the large and they credited my credit card back. They are good people to deal with.
