John Kimbrough -- I found this old photo
of my first truck. It was a 53 and I am going to say that the date of the picture was about 1965. Note that I am
not running hubcaps and the original mooneyes. It had early 50's Buick headlight rings that formed kind of a rounded
cornered triangle with a turn signal below the headlight. Although it was really my dads I just took it over when
I turned 16. Prior to the truck he had bought a wrecked 53 Ford Victoria that I fixed when I was 15. He traded
it for this truck so he could haul his fishing gear. I was really upset at the time, but I sure had fun in that
old panel truck. A friend of mine still has the truck today and I have thought of buying it from him.
