In about 2000 I bought a Nikon Coolpix 800 to use for pictures on my web sites and took a few flower pictures and got hooked, so I have been taking more all of the time.

All of these pictures were taken with the camera hand held or braced against some object and with available light. A number of these flower are quite small and were taken in the "macro" mode. Some were household plants and most of the rest were taken near Blanding, Utah.
